I’m a creative, passionate, friendly, and highly motivated graphic and web designer. I have previous experience in print design and production, social media design and management, front-end web design, video and audio editing, and photography. I’m a recent college graduate looking to expand my skill set, gain industry knowledge, and meet new people.

Washington, DC • 01/2021 – 10/2021

Designing graphic event flyers, logos, invitations, email, and social media marketing for the Congressional Relations department while adhering to the Wilson Center brand. Strategizing outreach to Capitol Hill in order to maximize the visibility of Wilson Center programs and research by synthesizing event context and congressional testimony into eye-catching informational one- and two-page publications. Responsible for the graphic production of each episode of the Need To Know, Canusa Street, and Relationships & Rivalries podcasts (over 80 episodes combined thus far). Assisting with Congressional Relations website development and publication, managed in Drupal CMS.


VSFS Graphic Design Intern
U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

Washington, DC • 08/2019 – 05/2020

Planned, designed, and modified visual information projects for web-based visual media products to communicate with Veterans, their family members and the public on matters affecting their daily lives from health care and insurance to monetary compensation and suicide prevention. Collaborated with supervisors and other interns to produce graphics for special projects such as A Veteran’s Story and the Veteran of the Day graphics published on the VA’s VAntage point blog, Facebook page (1.3 million followers) and Instagram channel (311,000 followers).
